Peridot is an expression of style, quality and environmentally sound conscience. Our goal is to create superior quality, technically correct wines with a high level of integrity. We achieve this by selecting only the most unique vineyards, in very healthy condition and grown in a sustainable environment. Fruit is transported cool and the wine is made in a winery that allows minimum processing. Due to the low level of processing, our wines do not need fining and we use no animal products in the process, making our Peridot Wines suitable for vegans.

Our wine is packaged with 80% recycled materials.
